Kennyfest 2008 will take place at Bar Independent which is right in the City Centre of Sunderland. Independent has a capacity of around 400, and tickets for kennyfest will be capped at 300 to ensure an enjoyable evening.

Nearest car park is the Bridges Shopping centre - which closes at 12am. Parking is 50p an hour after 6pm.

By Metro / Train / Bus
Bar Independent is located a few minutes walk from both Park Lane Interchange and Sunderland Central Station.

From Central (Train/Metro)- Exit the station at the metro platform steps and then exit the station next to Burger King turn left. Walk along towards the Alliance and Leicester, keep walking until you reach Holmeside - where Sinartras Bar is, Independent is the next bar along.

From Park lane (Bus/Metro), exit the interchange and walk down Park Lane past Bar Pure (on the left) and then at the Point Nightclub turn right. Independent is a 1 minute walk down the road on the right hand side.
